Our gourmet coffee is sold in 12 ounce bags. These coffees are roasted to our specifications, blended and processed in Colorado. They are bitter-free coffees.

HOW TO MAKE A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE

Step 1: Use only pure water. No matter how great the coffee beans and how perfectly they are roasted, poor quality water that contains impurities (dissolved minerals, chlorine, etc.) can ruin the taste.

Step 2: Select the correct grind for your type of coffee brewer.

Step 3: Carefully monitor brew time and temperature to achieve consistent results.

Step 4: Use only fresh, quality coffee beans.
